Returns / Exchanges
All of our products are made to order so we do not allow returns or exchanges on orders that have been processed. Please be sure to check our sizing guide before ordering or send us an email at email@example.com for questions. If you receive an item that is defective please email us within 5 days of receipt with a picture of the defect and we will ship a replacement of the same product out right away.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt so if you need to cancel an order you will need to do it within that time frame. We do not issue refunds on orders that have shipped.
