Returns / Exchanges:
All of our products are made to order so we do not allow returns or exchanges on orders that have been processed and shipped. Please be sure to check our sizing guide before ordering or send us an email at email@example.com for questions.
Refunds / Order Cancellation:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt so if you need to cancel an order you will need to do it within that time frame. We do not issue refunds on orders that have shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received your requests and if the refund will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 5 days if you received a defective, damaged, or the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
